Welcome to JSCA!
Jacksonville Sister Cities Association (JSCA) is a nonprofit organization located in Jacksonville, Florida (USA). We are staffed entirely by volunteers. The mission of the Association is to foster and encourage mutual understanding, friendship and peace through cultural, economic, educational and professional exchanges between the people of Jacksonville and the people of our Sister and Friendship Cities.
At JSCA, we all share a common goal: to create and nurture partnerships between citizens in Jacksonville and those in our eight Sister cities – Curitiba, Brazil; Bahia Blanca, Argentina; Changwon City, South Korea; Murmansk, Russia; Nantes, France; Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, South Africa; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Yingkou, China – as well as those in our three Friendship cities in China: Ningbo, Shaoxing and Suzhou.
We strive to promote cultural understanding, foster educational exchanges and stimulate economic development between our city and each of our "sisters." We warmly invite you to join our journey to promote peace through citizen diplomacy — and make new friends — by becoming part of our global family at JSCA.
