The Jacksonville Sister Cities Association (JSCA) is your connection with people, businesses and governments around the world! We are a nonprofit organization that creates and promotes partnerships between Jacksonville's citizens and our Sister and Friendship Cities in Argentina, China, France, Russia, South Africa and South Korea.
