Fleming Island Public Library.

Workshop located at 1895 Town Center Boulevard, Fleming Island, FL 32203

1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Free limited admission

Donations are graciously accepted

Shuangshuang Shu, VP of the JSCA Yingkou and Shaoxing committees, is planning a unique day of enlightenment focusing on Chinese Culture. All age groups are welcome to attend for the fun interaction! Please bring your family and friends to learn about Chinese customs.

 Attendees will learn:

*The basics of the Chinese language along with some interesting facts about its hieroglyphs

 *How to properly brushstroke Chinese to write simple words and phrases in beautiful calligraphy 

*The ancient art of tying Chinese knots and making Chinese lanterns
